Shipment for items paid by check or money order will be delayed until payment has cleared the bank. Every attempt will be made to ship as early as possible, however products will be shipped within 3-7 days of payment. Please contact us before returning any items. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all cancelled orders or returned items. Live bees and queens are not returnable. Insurance will be added on request and when available. Method of shipping is at the discretion of the shipper.
